The Anglican Parish of the Evangelists

Our Mission is embodied in the statement above - to be living instruments of God's love, truth and healing. A simple goal to state but one that takes constant focus in our daily and parish lives if we are to be successful.

As part of our work to achieve our mission, we currently have a number of specific goals. Our church is focused on growth - growth that will allow us to expand on our ability to meet the demands of the ministries in which we are presently engaged. Through the amalgamation of the Bond Head, Palgrave and Beeton churches into this Tottenham congregation, we have grown only slightly.

The growth that we have as a goal is to first expand our congregation for that is the strength and capability upon which we can draw. Growing our church family also helps us to remain financially viable.

A secondary goal is to make our church more capable to support and to foster this growth we hope to achieve. We are looking to utilize funds that have been held by the Diocese from the sale of the other churches that combined into this parish. With these funds, we hope to improve our church and more especially the hall and to expand our presence in the community.
